Arrival/Departure

Cancellation conditions
- 22 days before arrival: FREE OF CHARGE
- 21 days to 15 days before arrival: 30% of the total price
- 14 days to 8 days before arrival: 50% of the total price
- 7 days to 4 days before arrival: 70% of the total price
- 3 days to 2 days before arrival: 90% of the total price
- 1 day before arrival: 100% of the total price
- There are no cancellation fees for rebooking to another date within the same season*.

- for groups of 21 persons or more
- up to 28 days before arrival: FREE OF CHARGE
- 27 days to 21 days before arrival: 30% of the total price
- 20 days to 14 days before arrival: 50% of the total price
- 13 days to 7 days before arrival: 70% of the total price
- Up to the day of arrival: 100% of the total price
Prepayments
- Starting with a stay of two nights, we kindly ask you for a first instalment of 100 euros per adult and 50 euros per child. For more than 7 nights please 200 euros per adult & 100 euros per child.
- Your prepayments are turned into vouchers for you next stay or re-transferred to your bank account if requested.

Further general information
- Room prices without local tax (1,45 Euros per night for people aged 17 onwards)
- Short term stay: Additional cost for 1 night: 5,00 Euros per person
- Information on additional cost for a single room is available on demand
- Additional cost for pets: 9,00 Euro per animal (without food)
- For the sake of the environment, we will inform you, that the room is not cleaned on the first day after arrival. We would like to clean the room on request.
